Salary: £45-50k depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for a Technology Solutions Engineer to take on a diverse and impactful role at Eschmann. This position spans 4 key areas: business systems, software development, project/change management, and IT infrastructure. You’ll apply your broad technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance how we use technology across the business.

In addition to leading projects and implementing technology solutions, the role includes some direct engagement with end users, providing insights to help you identify opportunities for system improvements and innovations. We’re seeking someone with strong technical skills who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week spent on-site in Lancing.

About You

A technical expert with the ability to analyse and identify technology-based improvements.  You will have excellent communication and team working skills, which you will use to explain technical concepts clearly and bring others on board with change.

Our Story

Eschmann Technologies is a British design and manufacturing business providing medical, dental and animal health products and services to clinical professionals and organisations around the world, and we are proud of our history and heritage. 

First established in 1830 and starting out in surgical instruments, we went on to use our experience to manufacture operating theatre tables, electrosurgery, surgical suction units and autoclaves. Today, we are proud to manufacture autoclaves and surgical suction devices which are used across a wide range of sectors including: healthcare, dental health, animal health and workplace solutions.

Location and transport

Based in Eschmann House, Lancing, West Sussex on the sunny South coast, we have on-site parking for those using 4 wheels, Lancing Station is a 20-minute walk for those requiring train services, the nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and for those wishing to use 2 wheels, bike storage and on-site shower facilities are available.
