"I would rate Eschmann products and service 10/10!"

Louise Ray is the Head Nurse at Rose Cottage Veterinary Centre in Runcorn. Louise and her team have been clients of Eschmann for more than 30 years and she reflects on why this is:

“We like to deal with quality products and high standards of service, because that’s what we strive to offer our clients. Our autoclaves are among the most used equipment in our practice, so it’s essential that they work well and last.

“We have always loved the Eschmann autoclaves – the quality of the equipment has really stood out and the service has been exceptional.

“If we have a question, we can often reach the engineers straight away over the phone. They will either answer our queries there and then, or will call back shortly afterwards. Whenever we have needed an engineer to visit the practice, they have always confirmed when they would be coming and have been quick to get any issues sorted. We never have to chase them. It’s also very comforting to see several of the same people over the years. They are amazing and have genuinely got to know and understand our business.

“The Care & Cover maintenance package has been a valuable service for us. We appreciate the importance of looking after the technology. The whole team also received all the training needed to effectively test and maintain our autoclaves in-house. Combined with the professional annual servicing and auditing by the engineers, means our equipment lasts – our previous model functioned for more than 10 years.
